this is the pedestrian walk across West Street.
it spans from the northwest corner of the Ground Zero Reconstruction site, over West Street, to the Northeast corner of the World Financial Center.
the building' that i'm standing in front of was hit and punctured by a girder from the WTC-NorthTower Collapse, and it still stands!
looking upwards we see the U.S. flag hanging from its facade.
